These Terms of Service govern your use of EvoShaipe, a fitness, nutrition and progress coaching platform operated under the domain evoshaipe.com.

1. The service

EvoShaipe provides personalized training programs, nutrition guidance, progress tracking and AI-assisted coaching. The service is provided as-is and evolves continuously. EvoShaipe is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.

3. Subscriptions and trial

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor Stripe. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial, limited to one per person. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at checkout.

4. Health disclaimer

Training and nutrition recommendations are estimates for healthy adults. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or feel pain. Stop exercising immediately if you feel unwell.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvoShaipe shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
